Just as the caterpillar surrenders to the mystery of the cocoon, this threshold invites you to soften your grip on who you have been. Wild Woman is held by two women who have walked very different paths,
shaped by the same truth, that pain can become a portal.
That endings can become beginnings.
And that a woman's most radiant season is often the one she never saw coming.

Once, a management consultant, the version of me who could solve any problem on a spreadsheet and still felt something quietly starving underneath.
For much of my life, I searched for freedom outside of myself. Through my own seasons of unraveling, and years devoted to the study of shamanism and tantra, I discovered what no boardroom ever taught me.
Transformation does not come from striving to become something else. It comes from complete and total surrender to the process of unbecoming everything we are not.
My work weaves energy healing, feminine embodiment, nervous system wisdom, ritual, and sacred feminine leadership. I do this because I believe in you, in your truth, and in helping women return to their deepest truth.
It is my greatest joy to create spaces where women feel safe enough to soften, remember, and meet the fullness of who they already are. I cannot wait to welcome you into this sacred journey.

The land and the animals have been among my greatest teachers, showing me, over many years, what intuition and resilience and sisterhood actually look like when they are lived, not taught.
My understanding of transformation did not come from a book.
When my husband was diagnosed with two cancers just six months into our marriage, I entered the wilderness not as an escape, but as a witness. Living inside Bwabwata National Park through grief, through loss, through rebuilding, I watched what nature does to a woman when she finally stops performing and allows herself to be held.
Following his passing, I led this company forward alone. No investors. No partner. Guided by intuition, resilience, and a knowing I could not explain but refused to abandon.
Having recently walked through menopause myself, I no longer see aging as something to mourn. I see it as an initiation into deeper wisdom, deeper freedom, deeper devotion to myself.
As the founder of African Monarch Journeys, the visionary behind the Sijwa Project, and a certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner, it is my deepest honour to welcome women into this land I love so dearly.
My hope is that through the stillness, the beauty, and the wildness of Namibia, you remember what nature has always known:
